Mid-month, our company held a training seminar in Athens in collaboration with the German substrate company Floragard, our exclusive partner. The presentation was given by technician Tomas Forster and focused on professional substrates for plant production.
Topics covered included:
- Introduction of Floragard company
- General properties of cultivation substrates
- Ingredients, additives, and fertilizers
- Substrate properties (chemical, physical, biological)
- Substrate production and quality assurance
- Practical tips for substrate use
- Water quality
Producers and clients attended the event and were updated on the latest developments in the field of substrates. All agronomists from our company’s sales department were also present.
The event concluded with a dinner at the hotel that hosted us.
