Milestones of our Journey
2009: Foundation
Our company, under the name Planty Ltd. Propagation Material & Supplies, began in December 2009, when agronomist Zisis Dovas, with many years of experience in agriculture and horticulture, founded the business in Greece. Scope of activity: the sale of propagation material and agricultural supplies.
2010: The beginning
During the onset of Greece's economic crisis, we forged partnerships with leading European companies in both professional and amateur horticulture, as well as in agricultural supplies. We supplied the Greek market with seedlings, cuttings, seeds, and bulbs, along with specialized fertilizers, substrates, and cultivation plastics.
2011: Collaboration with GreenProducts
The company is entering a strategic partnership with the Dutch Green Products and bringing the innovative GreenPlugs to the Greek market! Thanks to their technological innovation, high quality, and customized formulation for each plant, GreenPlugs stand out, providing the highest rooting success rates of any comparable product. Through this collaboration, we offered a pioneering product that improved performance and efficiency in plant propagation.
2014: Relocation to new facilities
We relocated our headquarters to new facilities to meet increased operational needs and ensure better service for our clients, providing more comfortable and functional spaces.
2020: Ten years of growth
In 2020, we completed our first decade of operations, solidifying our position as a trusted partner in the industry by offering high-quality products and services. We built strong, long-lasting partnerships with leading suppliers who share our values and philosophy. Some of them: Florensis, Floragard, Mivena, Kreuwel Plastics.
