#plantyinfo Chysanthemums. How to achieve optimal with fertilization

- Substrate pH: 5.5-6.5
- Water conductivity with fertilizer: 1.5-2.0 mS/cm.
Start with a fertilizer dosage of 200-300 ppm of 10-52-10 to promote root system development. Continue with 20-10-20 + Ca + Mg (nitrate-based N, 60-75% of total nitrogen) at 300-400 ppm, without exceeding this dosage, until the end of the vegetative growth phase, when the plant has reached approximately 60% of its final size. At the onset of flower bud differentiation, apply 15-5-30 fertilizer or KNO₃ (250 ppm) until the first flower colour appears. From that point onward, continue with water only. At this stage, the plant should reach the remaining 40% of its final size.
Alternatively, a balanced fertilizer (20-20-20) can be used throughout the entire cultivation period.
If plants show yellowing or do not reach the desired size, occasionally apply 20-10-20 fertilizer at 300 ppm.
Before the first flower color appears, apply foliar Mg sprays to promote stronger plants, more vibrant colors, and improved flower longevity.
